Refund & Return Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be processed for EV battery
purchases or related services made through the platform titled “HeyEV”, owned and
operated by Delovita Services Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”,
or “our”).


The website https://www.heyev.co/ and any associated services are collectively referred to
as the “Platform”.


By purchasing or using EV battery products or services through the Platform, you (“User” or
“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this
Refund Policy along with the Platform’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other
applicable policies.


Full Refund Eligibility


Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the EV battery is returned within four (4) hours of
purchase, subject to the following standard return conditions:

  • The battery must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided.

  • The battery must not show signs of damage, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification.

  • The return request must be initiated through the Platform or authorized support channels.

 

The Company reserves the right to verify and inspect the condition of the battery before
approving any refund request.

 

Conditional Refunds


If a return request is initiated after the four (4) hour refund window, the refund eligibility and
the final refundable amount will be determined based on a technical inspection and
assessment of the battery’s condition and usage.
The assessment may consider factors including, but not limited to:

  • Physical condition of the battery

  • Operational status and usage duration

  • Any signs of damage, misuse, or abnormal wear

 

Based on the outcome of the assessment, the Company may approve a partial refund, an
adjusted refund amount, or decline the refund request, at its sole discretion.

 

Refund Processing Timeline


Once a refund request has been officially initiated and the required inspection process has
been completed, the applicable refund amount, if approved, will be processed by the
Company within ten (10) business days from the date of approval.


Non-Eligible Refund Cases


Refund requests may not be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The EV battery shows physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

  • The battery has been tampered with or altered in any manner.

  • The return request does not comply with the conditions stated in this Refund Policy.

 

The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests where misuse, negligence, or
policy violations are identified.


Changes to this Policy


The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will become effective once published on the Platform.
Users are advised to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
